Job Overview:

Ebenezer is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Tower Apartments in Minneapolis, MN! This position is responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager, for the overall maintenance of the building.

 

This maintenance schedule includes;

  • 80 hours every two weeks
  • Full time, Day shift
  • No weekends!

Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine maintenance duties
  • Performs general repairs
  • Performs other duties as assigned and directed
  • On-Call for Maintenance emergencies

Required Qualifications:

  • One to three years of previous experience
  • Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have a working knowledge of boiler plants and domestic hot water systems
  • There may be times, at the direction of the Property Manager, to work directly with the Corporate Director of Maintenance - HOA on special projects that benefits the HOA that we serve
  • Special Boiler License Upon Hire
  • Class 2-C Boiler Boilers License 2-C (required within 18 months of hire date) within 1-1/2 Yrs
  • Drivers License Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate of Applied Science Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related
  • Three to five years of previous experience
Qualifications:

$24.77-$34.97 Hourly
