Your role
• serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the financial reporting teams of UBS Workplace Wealth Solutions’ corporate clients
• resolve complex issues with: Stock Compensation Expense, Disclosures, Diluted EPS, Deferred Tax Asset, Share Balance, and Proxy reporting
• quickly and accurately address client questions while providing exceptional client service
•provide clients with expert level support during month/quarter/year end reporting cycles
• assist with platform onboarding, migration, and reconciliation activities relevant to financial reporting services, outputs and functionality
• build/strengthen relationships that drive higher overall satisfaction and service value through strategic consultations, best practices and client solutioning
• provide education, training, and updates to our clients related to new reports, platform functionality, and process improvements in relevant equity reporting workflows
Detailed salary information:
• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $157000 to $205000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise
• ideally, 5+ years of equity compensation and/or corporate accounting experience
• familiarity with accounting rules for share-based compensation under ASC 718
• prior experience in database management, product development, and equity plan recordkeeping/reporting software preferred
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) is desired
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or master’s degree in accounting/finance is desired
• proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as experienced with Microsoft MS Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and OneDrive
• able to adapt to changing priorities while managing stakeholder expectations accordingly as well as able to manage projects independently with a high level of responsibility
• detail oriented with strong organization, analytical, and communication skills
• excellent problem solver, able to collaborate well with other people and teams
