The Yara Americas Region comprises the units of Brazil, Latin America and North America with operations in 13 countries and a total of more than 5.000 employees. The Region operates fertilizer production, blending units and terminals, and distributes and markets fertilizers and certain industrial products, reaching a total volume of 18 million tons per year. Yara has a long history in the Americas, and our focus is to develop the Yara Crop Nutrition concept and increase food production, create value to the growers and minimize the environmental impact of agriculture.

Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades

Internal Communication Tools & Content Development

• Ensure consistency in tone, format, and visual identity of our internal communications channels.
• Analyze internal communication needs and propose improvements to increase effectiveness (e.g., intranet, newsletters, etc).
• Write, edit, and review content in Portuguese and Spanish, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company messaging.
• Design layouts and visual assets for internal publications, including reports, presentations, and campaigns.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute internal communication campaigns based on business updates, cultural initiatives, and organizational priorities.
• Translate complex topics into engaging, employee-friendly messages.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and relevant communication across the Americas region.
• Support the promotion of internal events, recognition programs, and strategic initiatives.

Change Communication

• Collaborate with the Change Management team to support transformation projects through clear, empathetic, and structured communication plans.
• Help employees understand and adapt to changes by creating targeted messages and materials.

Visual Communication & Design

• Create visual content using Canva and other tools to support campaigns, events, and leadership communications.
• Ensure all materials follow company brand guidelines and are accessible to diverse audiences.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and analyze the performance of internal communication initiatives (e.g., engagement metrics, feedback).
• Prepare reports and insights to guide future communication strategies and improve employee experience.

Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, International Relations or a related fied;
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken);
• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken);
• Ability to communicate adequately in English and desire to improve English language proficiency;
• Experience in internal communications with knowledge of internal communication platforms (e.g., Intranet, workplace networking);
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret communication data and propose improvements;
• Experience with Canva and other design tools;
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications preferred (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage etc.);
• Knowledge of video editing would be a bonus.
