We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Lead the full upsell sales cycle for Brazilian partners, including pitch preparation, presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Act as the main point of contact for service-related initiatives, coordinating handovers, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and partners.
- Conduct compelling commercial pitches and presentations to attract new partners and expand existing partnerships.
- Organize and manage all partner-related documentation, including contracts, files, and other relevant materials.
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, including clients, product and project managers, and commercial leadership.
- Operate independently, demonstrating autonomy in day-to-day sales activities, prospecting, meetings, and proposal execution.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in account management or partner success.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, able to balance relationship building with data-driven ecision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to structure proposals, cross-analyze data, and deliver high-quality presentations.
- Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders and leading initiatives independently.
- Experience in managing documentation, contracts, and organizational processes related to sales and services.
- Advanced English proficiency
