Position Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Mechanical Engineering team. As a GET, you will be involved in the design, development, applications, testing, and projects of industrial pumps and compressors. This role offers an excellent platform for mechanical engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of pumps, compressors, and related components.
  • Support design, application, projects and engineering activities.
  • Participate in product assembly and testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, procurement, and service.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and 3D models (e.g., AutoCAD, Siemens NX).
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation such as Bill of Materials (BOM), process sheets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of pumps, compressors, or rotating equipment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Siemens NX, etc.) and mechanical drawing interpretation.
  • Basic knowledge of industry standards (API, ISO, etc.) for pumps and compressors is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of bearings, seals, couplings, motors etc.
  • Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) for technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with materials used in manufacturing.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate or final semester).
  • Strong academic background with a good understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical & communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
