We're hiring a RevOps Analyst to act autonomously on strategic Revenue Operations projects, ensuring the continuity of the team's critical deliveries. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about leveraging data and technology to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You’ll be part of the Revenue team, focused on building a solid foundation for our Go-To-Market (GTM) areas. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. A typical workday might include:

  • Building and maintaining advanced reports and analyses to support decision-making;
  • Managing and optimizing sales forecasts and performance metrics;
  • Integrating and continuously improving the tools used by the Marketing, Sales, and CS teams;
  • Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and process automation;
  • Directly supporting leadership in defining and monitoring revenue indicators.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements:

  • CRM (HubSpot): Advanced experience in administration, process automation, dashboard creation, and data quality maintenance;
  • Data Analysis & BI: Ability to structure complex reports, handle large volumes of data, and generate actionable insights. Experience with tools like advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and/or Power BI/Looker is a plus;
  • Forecast & Pipeline Modeling: Solid knowledge of revenue projections, conversion metrics (SQL, SAL, Negotiation, Win), and building forecast scenarios;
  • Revenue Tools Integrations: Experience with integrations between CRM, marketing automation, CS platforms, and financial systems to ensure frictionless data flow;
  • Process Automation: Experience in designing and implementing automations that reduce rework and increase efficiency for revenue teams;
  • B2B SaaS Sales Methodologies: Practical understanding of frameworks like Winning by Design, ABM, and enterprise funnels;
  • Data & Process Governance: Ability to structure documentation, CRM usage policies, and performance measurement processes;
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English.

Important Skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish.
