Why you should join us
As our first Senior Talent Operations Specialist, you'll help build our recruiting infrastructure from the ground up. You’ll be the force that brings order to our global hiring initiatives, making sure our recruiters (a team of 14 across the UK, India, and China) have the tools and processes they need to hire globally.

What you'll do
- You'll automate workflows, create templates, and ensure our data is clean and accurate so we can all make smarter, faster decisions.
- You’ll help us move beyond messy, free-form interviews and design interview briefs and question banks to make sure every candidate gets a fair shot, no matter where they are in the world.
- You'll work with the Director of Global TA to build robust analytics and tracking systems, giving us a clear view of our hiring progress through everything from pacing reports to weekly executive updates.
- You’ll help us define and articulate our Candidate Value Proposition and implement it on our careers page to attract top-tier talent.
- You’ll partner with our recruiting and leadership teams to ensure our priorities are perfectly aligned with the needs of the business and help drive the adoption of new processes across our global teams.
Experience you'll need to be successful
- You're a builder at heart. You love to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, whether it’s automating a system or creating a new playbook that makes everyone’s life a little bit easier.
- You know recruiting systems inside and out. You have a deep, nuts-and-bolts understanding of recruiting operations, from scheduling and candidate evaluations to interviewer training. You're particularly brilliant with ATS/CRM systems (we use Greenhouse).
- You love a good dashboard. Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you’re a wizard with spreadsheets. You see data not just as numbers but as a story, and you can’t resist colour-coding things to track progress.
- You're driven by continuous improvement. You never settle for "that's how we've always done it." You’re always looking for a better way, and you’re excited to test new ideas, iterate quickly, and make decisions based on what the data tells you.
- You're a natural partner and communicator. You're excited to work with teams across multiple languages and cultures, and you know how to effectively set best practices and champion the adoption of new processes and tools.
