Core Accountabilities:
Support special client project ensuring orders are processed within SLA. Conduct OPH/AHT, UAT and BAT testing for corporate initiatives.
Reviews and audits transactions to ensure accuracy and validity of costs charged to clients.
Plan daily work assignments audits ensuring service levels and targets are being met; identify opportunities for improvement and consistently communicate them throughout the day; ensure delivery of operational performance metrics and Client SLA’s; ensure daily review of tasks; audit and report files in accordance with internal Quality checks. Supports Autoscout24 CMS initiatives.
Complexity/Judgement:
Reviews operational processes and suggests possible solutions to increase efficiency, decrease error and minimize processing gaps. Understand and manage within regulatory requirements including compliance with all policies and procedures. Identify, resolve or report technical issues.
Teams maintains a low error (= or < 1%) and non-recoverable rate.
All internal timelines and external SLAs are met. Thorough understanding of new procedures prior roll out to team members
Qualifications/Education:
Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent related work experience

• Delay in processing Client request by the contractually time will be subjected to financially penalty for some Clients and breach in Clients’ SLA.
