Contract Length: 6 months

About the Role 

The A&I Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the fundraising infrastructure at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Reporting to the A&I Operations Manager, this position bridges data integrity, donor stewardship, financial reconciliation, and team coordination. Working across the Operations team, the Coordinator ensures that information flows seamlessly through our CRM system, contributes to donor recognition efforts, and keeps back-end systems running smoothly. 

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong Tessitura experience, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, mission-driven environment. 

Core Responsibilities 

Gift Entry & Financial Reconciliation 

  • Support gift entry workflows and documentation for incoming contributions
  • Partner with the Finance team and Fundraisers to regularly reconcile donor pledges, contributions, and plans.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial records in Tessitura

Data Management & CRM Operations 

  • Assist with regular data entry and hygiene initiatives in Tessitura, coordinating with the Manager, A&I Ops to scope and execute project-based data clean-up
  • Execute complex List Manager and segmentation reports in Tessitura, customizing outputs to meet fundraiser needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate NCOA updates with the Manager, A&I Ops and IT to maintain clean donor address records

Donor Recognition & External Communications 

  • Working closely with the A&I Operations Associate, assist with coordinating donor crediting for public-facing materials—including program books, website listings, signage, event materials, and digital content—ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications Department and Fundraisers

Administrative & Team Support 

  • Manage internal expense reconciliation and reimbursement submissions for fundraising staff
  • Collaborate with the Manager, A&I Operations, our external vendor, and internal Finance and Legal teams to maintain annual state charitable registration compliance for solicitations nationwide.
  • Serve as a liaison to fundraising teams, offering cross-functional support as needed
  • Schedule and facilitate key team meetings, including agendas, note-taking, and follow-up
  • Provide general operations support for major fundraising events, including Lincoln Center’s annual galas and stewardship activities
  • Update and keep our internal A&I microsite up-to-date on SharePoint
  • Assist with special projects such as archiving key donor documentation 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 1-2 years of Tessitura CRM experience (including List Manager, Output Sets, and Segmentations)
  • High level of comfort with data manipulation and fundraising logic
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
