We’re building an A-Players-Only marketing department at Contrarian Thinking. That means we’re only looking for people at the top of their game. You’ll be a force multiplier across the entire marketing org — an independent sphere of gravity who also collaborates tightly to make sure we crush our aggressive goals.
As Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing team. You’ll take big vision projects and make sure they land — on time, on budget, and at the level of quality our brand demands. You’ll coordinate across campaigns, product launches, creative initiatives, and growth experiments, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This role isn’t for someone looking to “play startup.” It’s for someone who wants to move quickly, own projects end-to-end, and operate inside a company where speed, precision, and results are the standard.
If You Worked Here Today, You’d Be…
- Aligning with our content team to drive ticket sales for upcoming events
- Making sure marketing campaigns are fueling sales team targets
- Ensuring our content team has the right assets and timelines to hit promotions
- Managing a team of designers to deliver assets across socials, emails, ads, and landing pages
- Coordinating the launch of a tentpole event to both our private community and the public
- Tracking all projects to keep information current and deadlines visible across teams
- Partnering with our growth strategist to analyze what’s working (and what’s not)
- Reporting up to our President and CEO on the status of critical marketing projects and checkpoints
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years in marketing project management, operations, or agency-side delivery
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Proficient in HubSpot for CRM, automation, and reporting
- Solid understanding of Meta Business Suite for ads, tracking, and campaign optimization
- Experience working in events, information products, or with a creator-led business (ideal but not required)
- Ability to manage creative teams (design, content, media) and deliver assets on deadline
- Obsessive attention to detail — you catch what others miss
- Strong communicator who translates strategy into actionable steps and keeps stakeholders aligned
- Highly skilled at prioritization, timelines, and resource allocation — you make projects run like a machine
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
