Position: Online Banking CSR

Department: Online Banking

Status: Full-time

 

Description:  Offer internal and external customer support as a CSR for the Online Banking Department for City National Bank and Trust Company located in Lawton, Oklahoma.  Full-time position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal and external customer service support related to online and mobile banking via telephone and messaging; including, but not limited general support and trouble- shooting technical issues. 
  • Support for the implementation and enhancement of the bank's online banking related products and services.
  • Maintaining and reconciling various reports.
  • Assist in compiling documentation requested by internal and external departments 
  • Comply with banking and departmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Requirements

  • Must be multi-task oriented.
  • Online banking experience preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
  • Should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel. 
  • Need strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a team environment.  Also need to be able to work alone and unsupervised in certain situations.
  • Must have a strong work ethic with the ability and desire to meet deadlines. 
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk, use hands to fingers, handle, or feel objects, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand.
  • The employee must lift and /or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
