Together, our customers have processed over $4 billion in revenue, driving forward the green industry’s digital evolution.

As a team, we’re on a mission to reshape an age-old industry, and we’re looking for people who thrive on challenging and meaningful work. Our environment is highly collaborative, innovative, and supportive, with a shared commitment to having fun while making an impact. We live by our core values: We Before Me, The Extra 1%, Bias To Act, Unconditional Transparency, Accountable to Outcomes, Forgiveness. If this resonates with you, we’d love to meet you and explore how you can help us build the future of the green industry!

Our culture and growth has been recognized with multiple awards, it’s a great time to join!

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our newly formed CRM team. You’ll partner closely with engineering and design to build features that help landscapers manage customer relationships more effectively—streamlining communication, tracking pipeline opportunities, and automating key workflows. You’ll own a critical piece of our product, shaping tools that empower our customers to deliver a best-in-class client experience while driving measurable business impact.

You will…

  • Own the vision and roadmap for CRM features that help landscapers build stronger, lasting relationships with their customers
  • Drive high-impact execution alongside a dedicated cross-functional team of engineers and a product designer, delivering solutions that meaningfully improve customer communications, pipeline tracking, and overall client experience
  • Blend customer empathy with business insight, leveraging user research, product data, and market trends to make smart, outcome-driven decisions
  • Champion collaboration and clarity, ensuring your team has the context and alignment needed to move quickly while building scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Set the foundation for a newly formed team, shaping best practices and raising the bar for how we deliver exceptional products at SingleOps
  • Measure success by outcomes, not just outputs – while shipping features is necessary, it’s not sufficient; we look to our product managers to deliver great outcomes for our customers and for our business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5-7 years working as a product manager at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of delivering hugely impactful features for your customers and your business
  • Deep-rooted curiosity and user empathy
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Location: Atlanta, Toronto, Remote (US or Canada)

Reasons why you would love it here!

  • You want to be part of a fun, fast paced, collaborative team.
  • An amazing culture with a team that supports one another, the opportunity to make a direct impact, and all the fun that’s included!
  • Your well-being is important. We offer an employer funded HSA-based benefits plan with additional drug, dental, and mental health coverages, providing a flexible way to pay for healthcare costs.
  • We are committed to supporting our employees' financial health through our RRSP matching program.
  • Enjoy a great work-life balance with unlimited Paid Time Off, paid company holidays, and a company-wide shutdown from Dec 24 - Jan 1 for a well-deserved holiday break.
