Description:

The Administrative & Front End Support role provides essential support to the Store Operations Team by managing key administrative functions and assisting in the daily operations of the Front End. This position is responsible for accurately processing invoices, recording store transactions, and supporting financial documentation while also providing exceptional Guest Service. The role includes regular coverage of front-end duties such as operating a register, assisting Guests, and supporting the overall flow of store operations.

What you will bring:

Previous administrative or retail operations experience preferred.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break.

Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted.

What you will do:

Process and record supplier/vendor invoices, store transfers, spoilage, and other store transactions accurately.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain orderly administrative records.

Support front-end operations as needed, including up to two scheduled register shifts per week.

Provide excellent Guest Service, whether at the register or through problem-solving support.

Collaborate with Store Leadership, Department Teams, and Support Office as needed.

Assist with additional administrative tasks or store projects as assigned.
