The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision making across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable insights and deliver high-quality data products that support strategic goals. Beyond responding to requests, you will proactively identify opportunities where data can unlock value, surface emerging trends, and influence decision-making at all levels.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is not only accurate and accessible, but also leveraged proactively to anticipate needs, highlight risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Partner with key stakeholders to translate business objectives into data requirements and actionable insights.
- Proactively analyze data to identify emerging trends, patterns, and opportunities, surfacing insights before they are requested.
- Perform statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations that inform strategy.
- Collaborate with technology teams and business users to design and deliver data solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Work cross-functionally to identify, capture, and validate data from internal and external sources.
- Build and maintain robust statistical models to support both ongoing monitoring and ad hoc analyses.
- Develop clear, compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and support storytelling with data.
- Champion best practices for data quality, governance, and accessibility across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role with proven ability to influence business outcomes.
- Experience handling sensitive healthcare data and working within compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently frame questions, test hypotheses, and proactively deliver insights.
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Proficiency in Python for advanced analysis and automation.
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with product enhancement analytics, measuring application usage and trends using tools such as Mixpanel/Segment
