  • Monitor Qualitative & Quantitative performance – Seek out data to assess performance of your products & features in the market. This may be evaluating why upsells have surged in specific markets, or the product requirements to compete in a new market, or investigating whether a new product feature being fully adopted by users.
  • Champion go-to-market execution – Coordinate activities that influence win rates, pricing strategy, demand generation, churn analysis, and market expansion.
  • Evaluate product performance – Conduct a data-driven analysis of usability, adoption, and unrealized success criteria to determine next steps—including iteration or deprecation. This includes assessing platform usage through the lens of a purchasing user, with attention to logistics and foodservice ordering workflows and tracking key metrics including time spent on orders, money saved via substitutions and inventory management, order accuracy, alignment to recipes/menus, pricing (original and catalog), and item availability.
  • Guide UX strategy – Ensure usability and clarity in UI decisions to maximize functional impact.
  • Mentor and lead the team – Provide growth opportunities and training paths for Product Managers, UX Designers, Product Owners, and more.
