Position:

We are looking for a Manager, Client Strategy to join our Client Strategy team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, working collaboratively to design, grow, and optimize successful telehealth programs. You will lead strategic planning, manage ongoing relationships, and ensure client success through proactive communication, training, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of SMB clients
  • Lead account planning, strategic program structure, and renewal processes
  • Manage recurring client meetings and maintain a Client Operating Framework
  • Present program metrics on a quarterly basis, identify trends, and flag areas of risk or opportunity
  • Evaluate program data to proactively identify client pain points and improvement areas
  • Deliver in-person and virtual product training for clients and partners
  • Advocate for client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention (targeting 70%+)
  • Identify and grow revenue opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate across internal teams to share insights and optimize client experience
  • Stay current on telehealth industry trends and use cases to bring value to client conversations
  • Document key client interactions and program details in Salesforce

Skill Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer success roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in healthcare or digital health strongly preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of client organizations, from clinical teams to executives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed assigned KPIs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
  • Willingness to travel for in-person client engagements less than 25% of time
