POSITION TITLE: Foreman Small Cell
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB Wireless is seeking a skilled Small Cell Foreman who has at least two years’ experience in the wireless industry, this candidate will install power and communication cable on new and existing utility and light poles through the US. The Small Cell Foreman will oversee various levels of Small Cell Technicians on site. The Foreman will ensure project safety and completion success. The ideal candidate will have extensive wireless technical experience, a strong belief in the safety and well-being of team members, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to meet all roles and responsibilities of a Level III Technician
- Oversee and manage project scheduling, budget, material and assigned technicians
- Professionally interact with the public, other team members and customers daily
- Operate a bucket truck to complete the installation and testing of cellular RF cabling and antennas
- Install radios, base station equipment, conduit, DC power wiring and fiber optic cables on poles or at the base of the pole • Install and test low voltage DC power wiring and fiber optic cables
- Connect and rearrange cable facilities associated with aerial buried, underground and in buildings according to engineering design by utilizing hand tools and specialized equipment
- Provide daily and weekly project updates to the Wireless Leadership Team
- Work with the Project Manager and Project Assistant to create and finalize the close out package for senior leaders
- Train and develop Level I to Level III Technicians according to the Career Advancement Matrix (CAM)
- Performs other position duties when requested

- Ability to be up 50 ft in the air and can lift over 50 lbs
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite
- Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humidity and rain through the year
- When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- 2+ years of experience in small cell or cellular installation at a Foreman level
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record required
- OSHA30 certification preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
The starting pay for this position is $30.00/hr. and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
