With locations in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, Forum Communications Printing addresses commercial printing and mailing needs with our high-quality print and mail solutions. Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications.

SUMMARY

This role will support mailroom operations by assisting in the assembly and preparation of printed material for distribution. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 7am - 330pm. Overtime is available and voluntary when needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

● Place/stack bundled mail on pallets.
● Operate electric floor jack.
● Feed strapping, plastic wrap, and bottom wrap machines.
● Assist in staging mailroom equipment before production runs, and palletize products as they run off the machines.
● Abide by all OSHA regulations and the lockout/tagout program, as well as other established company safety
policies.

QUALIFICATIONS
● No prior experience or training required - we will train!
● Mechanical skills and computer knowledge is helpful.
● Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos required.

Expected compensation for this role is between $18 and $20/hour, based on shift, qualifications, and experience.
