  • Process & Systems Ownership: Drive the creation and maintenance of Manufacturing Processes and Work Instructions, ensuring they are aligned with Engineering's Document Control Administration and company standards.

  • Continuous Improvement Leadership: Spearhead initiatives to improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and Overall Process Effectiveness (OPE) within manufacturing, using data-driven insights to guide improvement projects.

  • Supplier Collaboration: Oversee collaboration with outside suppliers and vendors to secure quotes and proposals, providing technical support to engineering and procurement teams.

  • ERP Data Management & Optimization: Ensure the accuracy of planning deliverables and manufacturing data within the company’s ERP software and identify opportunities to optimize data management workflows.

  • Tooling & Equipment Strategy: Lead the identification of standard or special gauging and specialized equipment required for production processes.

  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Serve as the manufacturing engineering representative in cross-functional team meetings with Engineering, Production, and Procurement to align on project timelines and resolve technical issues.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role and demonstrated leadership responsibilities.

  • Manufacturing Process Expertise: Proven experience with manufacturing process design, implementing process improvements, and leading Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) initiatives.
