Position Overview
The Principal is an experienced project leader responsible for managing the successful execution of key client workstreams and/or complex projects across workstreams. While the focus remains on ensuring delivery excellence, the Principal also begins to support workstream and program expansion through trusted client relationships and strong cross-functional collaboration. This role marks a progression from tactical execution to more strategic delivery leadership, serving as a bridge between Analysts/Senior Analysts and Senior Principals/Directors, with a strong emphasis on leading AI and automation solution delivery across platforms such as n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Google Cloud Console, Google Agent Development Kit and Vertex AI.
The final compensation within this range will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate’s relevant professional experience, educational background, skill set, and overall alignment with the responsibilities and requirements of the role. Candidates who demonstrate significant experience, specialized expertise, or exceptional qualifications may be considered for compensation at the higher end of the range.
Lead day-to-day execution of single or related client workstreams, ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and quality standards
Translate project requirements into actionable plans, including the design and implementation of AI and automation solutions using tools such as n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Vertex AI, and Google Cloud Console, and delegate tasks appropriately across internal teams
Create, Review and refine client deliverables for clarity, accuracy, and relevance
Flag and/or resolve delivery issues early and propose options for consideration to Senior Principals or Directors to resolve blockers
Responsibility: Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders within assigned workstreams
Participate and facilitate client project planning sessions and strategic account discussions, contributing contextually relevant insights
Develop strong client relationships through consistent communication, reliability, and value-added recommendations
Surface potential areas for additional support or project expansion to Senior Principals and Directors and help define scope as necessary
Guide clients in adopting AI and automation technologies, ensuring recommendations are practical, scalable, and aligned with business strategy
Responsibility: Team Collaboration & Mentorship
Provide informal coaching and day-to-day support to Analysts and Senior Analysts
Help establish best practices in project delivery and internal collaboration
Contribute and lead internal team meetings, onboarding, and training efforts as appropriate
Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts on applying AI/ML concepts in consulting contexts, helping them translate academic knowledge into real-world client solutions
Responsibility: Internal Contribution & Capability Building
Support the creation, refinement, and reuse of delivery templates, playbooks, and frameworks — with a focus on AI-driven workflows, cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Console, Vertex AI), and generative AI tools
Participate in internal initiatives that drive efficiency or elevate client work
Share domain expertise through contributions to working sessions or informal knowledge shares
Consistent on-time, on-scope delivery across workstreams
Client Satisfaction

Repeat project engagement or sustained relationships
