Job Description:About the opportunity
Join our Training Team as a Client Training Coordinator and make a real impact every day. The Training team empowers administrators to manage their services smoothly, improve family engagement, and deliver the best educational experience alongside their educators, so that they can focus on what really matters - helping children succeed.
Reporting into the Manager of Education, you’ll help our customers to obtain the skills and confidence to use our platform and increase their adoption of Xplor products. Some of the other responsibilities you’ll have:
- Deliver high quality, engaging and accurate training through webinars, expert hours and 1:1 session tailored to customer needs.
- Curate and improve external training materials to stay relevant, meet customer needs and reflect sector trends.
- Manage the vertical’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training content is up-to-date, engaging, and easily accessible.
- Develop creative and effective ways to encourage customers to adopt and make the most of Xplor products.
- Proactively stay informed and maintain expert knowledge of Xplor Education software, including new features and best practices.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by aligning training materials and delivery methods with their needs and expectations.
- Play a key role, in collaboration with a variety of teams, in delivering projects with a focus on customer adoption and empowerment.
- Construct and deliver clear, helpful training to internal stakeholders, particularly during major product updates or government mandated changes.
- Collaborate with the Training Team to ensure shared goals are achieved and challenges are addressed together.
For this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2-3 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.
Qualifications:What would make me a good candidate?

- A background in early childhood education and the childcare sector, or a strong understanding of CCS software, would be advantageous for this role—but not essential. A genuine passion for the systems and operational side of the work is key.
- Experience in software training, including but not limited to CCMS or PES software, with a strong background in educating diverse customers.
- Experience implementing and/or maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS), with the ability to ensure training content remains relevant and accessible.
- A mindset focused on helping clients achieve value and outcomes through effective implementation and education.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training session for clients using the company’s software.
- Demonstrated understanding of the challenges customers face when learning and adapting to new software while staying compliant.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and adaptability skills to meet the needs of different audiences and changing demands.
- Comfortable working in a global organisation with flexible hours to provide support as needed
