- Lead or participate in various projects or initiatives, working with EEC tools to help enhance the sales experience for both sales associates and external clients.
- Campaign/event tracking: work in EEC's CRM and Excel to track post activity and promptly report impact to sales management.
- Project SME: work closely with the EEC leadership team to help plan, test, implement, and measure the success of department projects.
- Job Shadow EEC associates in each department (Sales, Service, SOS, and Operations).
- Obtain EEC Sales product training through eTalent and side-by-side observations.
- Master client account profiling and positioning products and services for tailored leads.
- Become proficient with various presentation styles to educate future new hires and interns of the EEC department.
- Assist with the implementation of effective processes and procedures for completing and improving work.
- Actively participate in department meetings, activities, and initiatives.
- Enroll and complete Integrity Selling, Art of The Interview, Personal Branding, and other valuable career add-ons.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- College - Rising Junior or Rising Senior. - Required
- Stated preference for a career in sales.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team setting, multitask, and manage priorities.
- Be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Candidate must have completed their sophomore year of college.
- Computer skills in MS Word & MS Excel.
- Works in an office setting and remains in a stationary position for long periods of time while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings.
- Requires the ability to verbally communicate and exchange accurate information to customers and associates on a regular basis.
- Requires visual acuity to read and interpret a variety of correspondence, procedures, reports and forms via paper and electronic documents, visual inspection involving small defects; small parts, and/or operation of machinery (including inspection); using measurement devices continuously. Visual acuity is required to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned.
- Requires the ability to prepare written correspondence, reports and forms using prescribed formats and conforming to rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style on a regular basis.
- Requires the ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Performs substantial movement of wrists, hands, and fingers for continuous computer work.
