The Associate Sales Operations Analyst role contributes to the success of the Sales organization by supporting the sales teams and increasing rep efficiency and productivity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 
•    Provide Sales Support by assisting with operational processes and tasks in Salesforce.com 
•    Identify operational challenges and teach best practices by creating guides and interfacing directly with sellers 
•    Responsible for improving and maintaining data quality in CRM 
•    Collaborate cross departmentally with Finance and Legal to ensure operational compliance and sales rep efficiency 
•    Identify process pain points and proactively resolve before they become larger issues 
•    Establish and maintain good working relationships with Sales and Sales Leaders 

YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
•    0-3 years of work experience in sales, marketing, operations or finance

IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
•    Salesforce.com experience
•    1-3 years of work experience preferably in sales or marketing operations
•    Data analysis, reporting, forecasting

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
