We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This pivotal role is essential as we continue our rapid expansion in the specialized field of Civil Engineering. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, business administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience.
Proven experience in operations management preferably in the civil engineering, construction, or similar industry.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., project management software like Ajera, Microsoft Office Apps - with advanced experience in Excel).
Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes across all departments.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, office supplies, and materials.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate resources and logistics to support project execution, and support field operations when needed.
Identify and mitigate operational risks and challenges associated with projects.
Financial Management:
Collaborate with Accounting and department managers to develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue improvement.
Oversee post-award procurement processes.
Team Leadership:
Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Collaborate with H.R. to conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of deliverables.
Manage and track company certifications and licenses.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic operational plans.
Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
Compensation:
