Job Summary:

Supermicro seeking a strategic, results-driven Director, Revenue Operations to lead and optimize our revenue processes for the Sales Organization. This key leadership role will focus on aligning sales operations, driving Salesforce adoption, improving operational efficiency, and delivering actionable insights through revenue analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional collaborator with a deep understanding of sales and revenue operations in a fast-paced technology environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of revenue operations processes to support the full sales cycle.
  • Own and drive the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of Salesforce and other sales tools across the organization.
  • Develop and refine scalable processes that improve sales efficiency, reduce processing time, and support revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to streamline handoffs and ensure data consistency.
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline trends, and revenue metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices across the revenue engine.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance within sales systems and tools.
  • Build a Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles in high-growth, fast-paced organizations (preferably in tech or manufacturing).
  • Proven success implementing and managing Salesforce across a complex organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change in a dynamic environment.

 

Salary Range

$150,000-$225,000 

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
