Position Overview:  Job Purpose 

 

The Senior Account Executive leads enterprise sales efforts across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a strategic, consultative seller with deep experience in SaaS, AI, or financial technology. Responsibilities include driving new business, managing complex sales cycles, and expanding Oversight’s footprint among large enterprise clients.

 

Responsibilities and Expectations

 

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Own and execute a strategic sales plan for the EMEA region, targeting enterprise accounts across industries.
  • Drive full-cycle sales engagements from prospecting to close, with deal sizes typically exceeding $250K.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and partner teams to tailor messaging and solutions to regional needs.

 

Enterprise Sales Excellence

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments, including finance, compliance, IT, and procurement teams.
  • Lead RFP responses, contract negotiations, and solution presentations with C-level executives.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover pain points and deliver tailored value propositions.

 

Partner Engagement

  • Leverage Oversight’s strategic partnership with SAP Concur to co-sell and expand reach.
  • Build relationships with channel partners and resellers to drive indirect revenue.
  • Support joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement programs.

 

Pipeline and Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene (Salesforce preferred).
  • Track KPIs including pipeline health, win rates, and quota attainment.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine messaging and offerings.

 

Additional Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in financial technology or AI.
  • Proven success in closing large, complex deals in the EMEA market.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement cycles, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time in region
  • Familiarity with SAP Concur, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms is a plus.
