The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group’s success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness. Through their efforts, they contribute to both short-term achievements and long-term growth.
Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
We are looking to add a Demand Planner to our Supply Chain Planning team. This role will be responsible for owning the total forecast for assigned Customer Teams, delivering accurate near- and long-term projections measured by forecast accuracy and bias. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather intelligence, improve UPC-level forecast precision, provide stakeholders with explanatory and predictive insights, and support broader Demand Planning team initiatives. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:
- Own and execute demand forecasting in IBP for UPCs at assigned Customer Team(s)
- Own & monitor Demand Planning forecast accuracy and bias measures (individual targets) for UPCs at assigned Customer teams, including relevant reporting
- Assist Demand Planning leadership in meeting the demand forecasting and demand reporting needs of the overall business and associated supply chain
- Collaborate and maintain close relationships day to day with key contacts in Commercial to gather intelligence relative to Sales activities for UPCs at assigned Customer Teams (Promotions, Calendar Events)
- Coordinate with Demand Planning leadership to manage forecasts for new and discontinued products impacting assigned Customer Teams
- Own preparations, facilitate, and follow ups for Customer connects and Revenue Reviews with Customer Teams
- Use experience, analysis, reports and gathered intelligence to review history, evaluate the impact of future business and sales activities on demand and take appropriate actions to adjust forecasts (baseline, lift)
- Support continuous process improvements
The Perfect Blend: Experience
- 2+ years previous experience desired: Sales and/or Operations experience, including Demand, Supply Planning and/or Capacity planning
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with planning in an ERP tool for a CPG company a plus
- SAP and PowerBI experience a plus
- Relationship building qualities in cross-functional setting
- High proficiency with MS Office products; particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style to needs of audience
Foundational Ingredients: Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Supply Chain or Statistics preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be located in Chicago, IL or Bradenton, FL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3-days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
