Will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing allied health and professional staff at FirstHealth of the Carolinas.
Plans and coordinates recruitment activities with FHC managers and HR staff.
Assists with advertising and strategic marketing with job boards, social media, etc.
Represents FHC at recruitment events including career fairs, lunch- n- learns, open houses, etc.
Screens and refers applicants. Prepares and coordinates employment offers for candidates.
Coordinates relocation arrangements as required. Coordinates onboarding.
Schedules corporate orientation.
Advises and coaches managers on recruitment issues and strategies as well as staffing issues. Advises managers on status of recruitment efforts. Promotes FHC to candidates and potential candidates. Works with educational programs to support workforce planning/supply. Participates in various FHC committee meetings. Provides career coaching for applicants and employees.
Utilizes Excel to prepare reports as required. Prepares and presents reports and presentations for fast track meetings, lunch-n-learns, open houses, etc. Maintains appropriate files and records for areas of responsibilities. Conducts initial license verification checks on applicants/new employees. Conducts background checks, reference assessments, 4 sanctions checks, MVR’s. Prepares offer letters. Completes COS forms and Term forms
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related area required. Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment and interviewing experience required. At least 1 year of health care experience preferred. Must have experience with Microsoft Office. Experience with automated recruitment/applications systems required. Experience utilizing iCIMS ATS and CRM preferred. Experience in utilizing social media as a recruitment tool required. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable with public speaking . Knowledge of labor laws and EEOC laws required.
Travel is required. Must have valid NC Drivers license with good driving record.
