 SUMMARY STATEMENT: 

 

This position oversees the Brock Customer Service Team in Milford and interfaces with Brock dealers, Brock manufacturing, shipping, transportation, vendors to facilitate order administration entry through invoicing and to provide customers with product technical support.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS: 

Dealers, Sales Department, Customer Support, manufacturing (planning, shipping), Purchasing, Credit, Legal IT and Finance  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

  • Order entry and Invoicing

  • Collaborate with dealers to provide timely delivery of their orders

  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to respond to dealer requests

  • Provide expertise and guidance to Brock dealers as it relates to our products

  • Provide shipping information to dealers

  • Leads, mentors, motivates and engages the team to continually grow towards enhanced customer service

  • Work closely with credit to ensure prompt release of orders

  • Actively participate in activities to improve processes and provide value to customers

  • Present an attitude and presence that supports a positive work environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience 
  • Experience with Proven Results:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
    • Detail oriented
  • Travel Requirements:

    • Occasional travel to attend dealer meeting events may be required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

The candidate/employee must:

  •  Regularly 

    • Speak, understand and write English

    • Hear (both in person and with phone/computer)

    • Sit for up to two hours in one session

    • Use hands to type (keyboarding), manipulate and handle objects

    • Lift and/or move ten (10) pounds

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to office and indoor non-manufacturing/retail environments in which the noise level is low to moderate. Occasionally work is required outdoors in various weather conditions. Occasionally work is required in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise.
