About this Position
We are searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Human Resources Team at Primerica’s corporate office located in Duluth Ga. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support the organization’s unique culture. This individual will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for experienced hires and enhance the candidate experience, while partnering closely with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline.The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for all activities related to full lifecycle recruiting to include conducting thorough candidate pre-screening, candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, along with building partnerships with hiring leaders to create an optimal recruiting experience. Additionally, your objective will be to execute recruitment plans and strategies that ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
This position is a hybrid role with a minimum starting salary of 80k
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across departments, to include including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, managing job posting and offer management process.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive applicants by utilizing online tools to attract talent, i.e. LinkedIn, job boards, and niche industry sites
- Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through relationship building, networking, and data mining
- Conduct in-depth phone interviews of potential candidates
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure candidates are appropriately managed throughout the process
- Provide Coaching ang training to leaders on effective interviewing
- Facilitate new hire orientation on as needed basis
- Effectively manage candidates via Workday system
- Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience full lifecycle recruiting for all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Experience with Workday recruiting experience is a plus
- Solid track record of successfully sourcing and qualifying passive applicants by utilizing social media, cold calling and data mining techniques
- Experience sourcing hard to fill industry related roles as well as technology positions is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment demonstrating an ability to prioritize
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service delivery, Strong verbal and collaboration skills
