About this Position
The Bilingual Licensing Liaison 1 works with Agents to obtain their insurance license and is responsible for processing the paperwork for the State’s Department of Insurance in English and Spanish. The Liaison will gradually move on to take telephone calls to answer any questions in relation to the licensing processThe estimated salary range for this role is: $44K
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Bilingual Licensing Liaison 1 works within a small office where independence and excellent team skills are required.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience is a plus
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required
High volume data entry skills are required
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Proficient PC skills (including Microsoft Word and Internet research)
Self-starter
Ability to meet strict deadlines, prioritize and multi-task, and handle confidential information
Excellent decision-making and judgment
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, high volume environment
