Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced therapy professional to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM for an Assistant Program Manager (COTA or PTA) for Catholic Memorial Home in Fall River, MA (this is an on-site role).
This is a Full Time role - must be available weekdays and if necessary, rotation on weekends as needed
As the Assistant Program Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our DOR and there will be opportunity as we grow business to transition into a DOR role.
Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for assisting the Program Manager/Area Manager/Regional in managing the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team within a post-acute rehabilitation/outpatient environment, cooperate in community marketing activities relating to the post-acute delivery of therapy services, patient evaluation, effective administration of treatment programs and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations as delegated by Rehab Program Manager/Area Manager/Regional. Assumes Program Manager responsibilities in their absence.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
To perform this job successfully, the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily is necessary and the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Licensed clinician (COTA or PTA) in respective state(s) of service.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic math skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer service.
- Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
- Rehabilitation professional with acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation and/or outpatient; minimum two years clinical experience.
