We are looking for an exceptional customer focused professional to join our post-sales team at our Head Office in Liverpool city centre. This role is office based and will involve being the main point of contact for our clients who have successfully exchanged on their contracts and supporting resales-based queries that come through.
We are looking for someone with a strong character who is results driven with a high level of Customer Service experience to join us and whilst set duties will be implemented, this is an autonomous role where your day-to-day activities will vary and include liaising with property buyers, property developers and solicitors, working on a CRM system, to name a few.
Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role, but you must be someone who embraces new challenges and responsibilities as the business is growing at a significant rate. We require a can-do, hands-on attitude that not only identifies gaps but more importantly, ways to fill them. The purpose of this role is to ensure a smooth journey for our investors.
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will be somebody who’s first instinct when coming up against a problem will be to pick up the telephone and be determined to solve it! You will have a positive attitude, a tenacious personality, be ambitious to fulfil your career goals, motivated and hardworking, with excellent people skills.
Duties will include:
- Taking responsibility for being the POC for your clients
- Handling general client queries via email, phone and face to face
- Liaising with clients on site visits (showing them their units and the general area)
- Gaining and managing Trust Pilot/Google reviews
- Working to set targets, where implemented
- Making difficult decisions on what requests to support and how to handle next steps
- Updating and maintaining records on a CRM system
- Ensuring all files are kept up to date in a meticulous and organised fashion
- Showcasing RWinvest (and our sales partners) in a positive and professional manner through reputation and relationship building.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have high levels of exceptional customer service experience
- Advanced IT skills, including a web-based CRM system, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner and people skills
- Ability to work as part of a team but be accountable for their own duties.
- Full driving license
Benefits
Salary: The basic salary is £25,000 to £30,000 based on experience with an OTE in total of £45,000
