Position: Patient Experience Coordinator - Bilingual (Spanish)

 

As a key team member, the Patient Experience Coordinator outreaches patients by phone to gather feedback on their experience through our patient satisfaction survey.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Use friendly, personable scripts to reach out via outbound calls, gathering valuable feedback through satisfaction surveys.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for mailed surveys and efficiently process incoming surveys and consents to keep our feedback loop moving smoothly.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to address patient inquiries that arise during surveys, helping us improve patient care and experience.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential
  • Must be an effective communicator with excellent grammar and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills are necessary, including experience with applications like Excel, Word, Outlook, printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly care management or home health, is a big plus.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to learn and retain information in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking skills.
  • Must have an innate ability to handle objections that patients may raise.
  • Dependability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential.
  • Must strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patients' healthcare privacy.
  • Candidates should be highly professional, poised, polished, and self-reliant.
  • Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills are required.
