About this position:
At Xoriant, we are expanding our UI practice with one of our esteemed clients .We are eagerly seeking candidates within the range of 12+ years of experience for the role of UI Lead to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing various modules using React.js and Redux as a language. You will work closely with our UI/UX Engineers, and other stakeholders to design and build the platform

1.Evolution from Developer to Architect and Leader
The emphasis on "develop high-quality designs," "analyse problems," and "optimize for performance/scalability" will force the candidate to shift their mindset from simply writing code to architecting systems. They will develop stronger skills in software design patterns, system architecture, and strategic planning, moving from how to build to what and why to build.

2.Mastery of Full-Stack Development
The requirement for proficiency in Django (backend), Angular/React (frontend), and multiple databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) ensures the candidate will achieve and maintain true full-stack mastery. They will gain a holistic understanding of how all parts of an application interact, leading to more robust and efficient solutions.

3.Enhancement of Crucial Soft Skills
The repeated focus on "mentor junior resources," "stakeholder management," "engage with clients," and "effective communication" will drastically improve their leadership and business acumen. They will learn to translate technical jargon into business value, manage expectations, and inspire teams, making them invaluable at the intersection of technology and business.
