Hours: 3 hrs. (10:00 a.m. - 1 :00 p.m.)
Position: Dishroom/server #3
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Starting task:
wash and put away dishes
fill sinks with clean water
take food items out of ovens if needed
HACCP documentation logs
put up stock
Service:
set up serving lines for the first serving line
serving/runner during lunch serving lines
dish room/ temperature/cleaning rotation between lines
Closing Task:
clean area assigned in rotation
sweep and mop
take out trash
laundry
weekly and monthly cleaning – wash mats, bathroom cleaning, de-lime dishwasher, etc.
anything deemed appropriate by the manager
Requirements:
Ability to move up in ours if needed.
Employees MUST be able to lift 50 lbs., to stand/work in a fast-paced environment.
This employee must have a friendly positive attitude, team player, hardworking, open minded, take direction well, and willingness to learn.
