Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with our most critical enterprise clients. In this senior-level role, you will act as a trusted advisor, overseeing client engagement, driving the successful adoption of our technology solutions, and ensuring long-term business impact. You will work cross-functionally to align our capabilities with client goals, uncover new opportunities for growth, and foster high-value partnerships.
- Serve as the senior relationship owner and strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients.
- Deeply understand clients’ business strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver customized solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
- Lead complex onboarding processes, executive briefings, and strategic planning initiatives to ensure optimal adoption and satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to advocate for client needs and drive solution delivery.
- Conduct executive-level performance reviews and roadmap sessions to align solutions with evolving client objectives.
- Analyze usage data, business KPIs, and market trends to deliver proactive insights and strategic recommendations.
- Identify and execute opportunities for account growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and expansion into new business units or geographies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate client feedback into actionable improvements in product and service offerings.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to deliver thought leadership and advisory support to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business education is a strong plus.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, client success, or technical consulting in a technology-focused organization.
- Proven track record managing and growing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Deep understanding of modern enterprise IT environments, including cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and familiar with data-driven client engagement strategies.
- Strategic mindset with a consultative approach and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
