Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in cybersecurity, engineering, and IT across DoD and IC programs
- Partner closely with the staffing manager and hiring leads to interpret staffing requirements and build effective sourcing strategies
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and online tools
- Ensure candidate and program documentation is compliant with federal and contractual requirements
- Represent Kaizen Approach at virtual and in-person industry events, career fairs, and talent outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams on talent marketing, employer branding, and diversity outreach strategies
- Stay up to date on industry trends, labor markets, and emerging recruiting tools
- Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives, offering insights into hiring process improvements
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally with a focus on cleared roles in defense, IC, or cybersecurity sectors
- Strong understanding of government contracting environments, with experience recruiting for both Prime and Sub roles
- Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and other ATS/CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Office365 and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to influence, collaborate, and build trust with stakeholders
- Experience creating compliant program documentation, staffing templates, and recruiting reports
- Comfortable participating in internal operations, briefings, and corporate meetings
