What You’ll Do: As a Distribution Center Manager at ACR Supply Company, you will oversee the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring that our ACR stores, customers, and end users receive the products they need to keep homes and facilities comfortable and operational. This role combines strategic planning, leadership, and logistical expertise to drive efficiency, accuracy, and superior customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders. It is expected that the Distribution Center Manager will work a minimum of 42.5 hours per week in accordance to the standard department hours of 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations of the Distribution Center, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our stores and customers
- Manage customer delivery, pickup and truck schedule
- Manage third party shipping
- Oversee E-Commerce sales and shipments
- Leverage warehouse management systems to track performance metrics, streamline operations, and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Oversee receiving and picking process in ERP
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the distribution team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Oversee inventory control processes (cycle counting) to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring availability of critical parts and equipment without delays
- Identify and resolve receiving errors, discrepancies, and adjustments with suppliers in partnership with the purchasing team. Implement and monitor procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and productive work environment for all team members. Facilities maintenance and upkeep.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead the team members within the department.

What You’ll Bring:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in related field
- 3 years experience in a supervisory, lead, or management position
- 5 years experience in a warehouse role
- Current and Valid Driver’s License
- No more than 1 moving traffic violations in the past 36 months
- 1 year forklift experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or the equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- 3 year experience using inventory/ERP tracking software (preferred)
- 1 year experience driving a 26’ ft straight truck (preferred)
- 8 years experience in a supervisory, lead, or management position (preferred)
- CDL License/certification (preferred)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Meet physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The team member is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The team member must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Where You’ll be Working: This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, forklifts, and tape dispensers.
