Summary:
The Business Outreach Manager is responsible for strengthening referral networks, generating leads, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic outreach, marketing, and event initiatives. This role focuses on building long-term professional relationships, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring community presence across assigned territories to help achieve census goals.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships through consistent outreach, networking, and community visibility.

  • Represent the community at professional events, association meetings, health fairs, and networking functions to promote services and cultivate leads.

  • Partner with the Sales team to nurture leads, manage timely follow-up, and support conversion into move-ins.

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing community and co-hosted events, ensuring seamless logistics and guest experience.

  • Create and support digital and print marketing campaigns, including e-blasts, flyers, social media, and print collateral.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to share event updates, photos, and highlights for web and social channels.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach efforts, and manage post-event follow-up communications.

  • Participate in weekly team meetings to review outreach performance, event outcomes, and support sales strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outreach, marketing, or sales, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems required.

  • Must have reliable transportation for local travel and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.


Physical & Other Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Comfortable engaging with diverse groups in professional and community settings.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
