Grow your sales career in the rapidly expanding countertop surfacing industry, combining building materials, home design, and luxury sales
This position offers sales professionals the opportunity to represent Spectrum Quartz, an innovation leader with U.S.-based manufacturing and a recognized leader in countertop design. You’ll work directly with designers and retailers to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and introduce high-end products to the market.
Territory: Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Long Island, NY Boroughs
What You’ll Be Doing
· Partner with Sales Managers to drive objectives, launch products, and implement promotional programs.
· Travel daily within your territory to visit accounts, present and demonstrate our engineered stone products, and build long-term relationships.
· Conduct engaging product presentations and “show-and-tell” sessions with designers and retailers to highlight new colors, trends, and applications.
· Serve as a brand ambassador by setting up merchandising packages with displays, samples, and collateral.
· Identify new opportunities, follow up on leads, and expand Spectrum Quartz’s presence in your market.
· Manage your sales activity and reporting in Salesforce.
Qualifications
· 2–3 years in sales, product promotion, or design, ideally in building materials or related industries (stone, countertops a plus).
· Sales-driven with ability to win new customers and grow existing accounts.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce or similar CRM a plus.
Physical Abilities
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Comfortable bending, kneeling, standing, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
On top of a competitive base salary, you’ll earn quarterly bonus incentives, have access to a company van to support merchandising and account development in your territory.
