Reporting to Senior Leadership, the Office Administrator provides support for the management of company facilities. The role assists with space planning, contract administration, office functions, and services. The Office Administrator is a liaison between company staff and building managers, provides information, answers questions, and responds to facility-related requests. The Office Administrator maintains an efficient, productive, and positive office culture and employee experience.

 Qualifications include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/ GED required
  • 1 + years' administrative experience
  • 1 + years' office management experience
  • Previous experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
  • Previous project management experience preferred
  • Ability to successfully multitask while working independently or within a group environment
  • Must be able to lift 35lbs and be comfortable with standing/ walking for long periods of time
  • Proficiency with MS Office to include MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to respond tactfully and professionally in high-demand situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate with diverse personalities in a tactful and mature manner
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Solid judgment and reasoning skills

Compensation

  • The hiring range for this position is between $19.18-$24.00 per hour 
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
