- Managing the Business Development Center appointment process to ensure optimal operations.
- Monitoring the performance metrics of the Appointments Shown Sold Ratio to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the offsite Business Development Center staff, providing guidance, communication, assistance and oversight.
- Ensuring that all showroom visits are followed up for at least 10 days post-visit.
- Generating daily morning reports for Sales Managers, consisting of Total Task Count for Sales Rep, Total Appt Count for Day, Unanswered communications, and Hot Showroom Visits to follow up with, to facilitate strategic planning for the day ahead.
- Coordinating the follow-up procedures for clients who have missed their scheduled appointments.
- Assist offsite Sales Appointment Coordinators with deal structures, obtaining photos of vehicles, etc.
- Oversee CRM operations and communications to customers made by the Sales Representatives, Appointment Procedures/Appointment Confirmations, and track lead allocation and follow up to Sales prior to appointments, and post appointment.
- Monitor the outcomes of Internet appointments, evaluate and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the dealership and Sales Appointment Coordinators. Oversee the achievement of sales objectives, conduct targeted focus meetings with BDC Manager, and review BDC performance metrics with BDC Director and BDC Manager.
- Guarantee persistent follow-up on Showroom visitors for all showroom traffic for a minimum of 10 days post-visit, especially if initial follow-up is lacking.
- Daily briefings with the Sales Manager on appointment schedules for all showroom traffic and completing appointment confirmations.
- Communicate with the Sales Manager each morning regarding overdue tasks and un-responded to communications by customers to Sales Representatives.
- Manage missed appointments effectively on all showroom traffic, ensuring follow-up procedures are re-engaged promptly upon detection of neglect.
- Convene save-a-deal meetings with sales managers after completing follow-ups from the previous day, utilizing insights from the Internet Sales Manager/Showroom Traffic Manager to optimize customer re-engagement opportunities.
- Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes
- Manage the negotiation process with sales team members ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
- Analyze business metrics to determine deficits and implement action plans to elevate performance.
- Assist offsite Sales Appointment Coordinators with deal structures and vehicle-related tasks.
- Oversee CRM operations, customer communications, and lead tracking.
- Evaluate Internet appointment outcomes and improve dealership KPIs.
- Facilitate focus meetings and review performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers on daily appointment schedules and overdue tasks.
