This position is designed to develop a valued technical expert, who, recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, can deliver quality work on a consistent basis. Designs, lays out, and prints marketing material by performing the following duties.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

- Reads work orders to determine type of sign specified, work procedures, and materials required.
- Formulates concept and renders illustration and detail from models, sketches, memory, and imagination.
- Creates, draws, modifies, and changes design to achieve desired effect.
- Prioritizes, tracks, handles, and maintains records of the costs, and time schedules of multiple projects.

Qualifications
QUALIFACATIONS
Required Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Design software; Internet software and Microsoft Office to include Outlook. Must have knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
