Your mission with us:
B2B Business Partner Marketing & Sales is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment between the marketing and sales teams on key strategic projects. Acting as the liaison between both departments, this role ensures cohesive planning, communication, execution, and measurement of joint initiatives that support business goals. Responsibilities blend business acumen, stakeholder management, and project execution.
Your Tasks:
- Lead planning, execution, and tracking of the integrated marketing & sales projects.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Own project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
- Run alignment and steering meetings with stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales to support pipeline targets through marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate alignment sessions between Marketing and Sales teams to ensure shared understanding of project goals, messaging, targeting, and timelines.
- Mediate differences in priorities and expectations; drive consensus and commitment.
- Be the go-to liaison across Marketing, Sales, and adjacent teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders.
- Provide clear, timely updates on progress, challenges, and decisions needed.
- Translate technical or tactical updates into strategic business insights.
- Support and Facilitate change associated with new processes or tools rolled out across departments.
- Anticipate resistance and work proactively to ensure buy-in from key users and build feedback loops to drive adoption
You bring to Lingoda:
- Native level proficiency, written and verbal, both in German and English.
- Proven experience working with or between sales and marketing teams, especially in B2B sales context.
- Strong background in project management (PMP or Agile certification is a plus).
- Hands-on mentality & strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills to effectively gather and interpret information.
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot or similar), marketing& sales automation tools, and performance dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with ability to connect activities to business outcomes.
