Inside Sales Coordinator Location: Miami, FL Salary: $45k - $50k/yr DOE Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Inside Sales Coordinator plays a critical role in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic operations of the sales department. This position requires independent judgment and discretion in managing complex sales support functions, prioritizing competing deadlines, and making operational decisions that impact client relationships and departmental success. The Inside Sales Coordinator partners closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, optimized client experiences, and alignment with the company’s revenue goals

 What You’ll Do: Strategic Account Management Support
  • Evaluate and approve new Trade Account applications, ensuring compliance with company standards and aligning prospects with appropriate Account Executives for optimal engagement strategies
  • Assess and respond to complex client inquiries via multiple channels, providing solutions or directing matters to the appropriate decision-makers

Sales Operations Coordination 

  • Oversee the processing and management of non-revenue generating orders (samples, swatches, photoshoots, hospitality donations, etc.), determining product availability and coordinatingcross-departmental resources to ensure fulfillment without disrupting primary revenue channels
  • Analyze inventory data, anticipate shortages, and authorize Inventory Addition Requests to meet strategic project requirements

Revenue-Impacting Administrative Oversight

  •  Run daily financial and operational reports to identify outstanding balances, evaluate risk of delay, and determine the most effective resolution strategies to protect company cash flow
  • Ensure all order processing aligns with contractual obligations, brand standards, and client expectations

Cross-Functional Communication & Decision-Making

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Production, and Shipping to ensure cohesive execution of sales initiatives
  • Provide actionable insights to Sales Leadership on client engagement patterns, process efficiencies, and operational bottlenecks

Process Improvement & Best Practices

  • Develop, recommend, and implement improved workflows for sales support operations, leveraging data and technology to enhance team productivity
  • Mentor and guide junior team members or temporary staff in sales process best practices

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the event or hospitality industry in one of the following functions: Sales, Sales, Sales Operations, or Hospitality/Event Management

  • Proven ability to make independent decisions in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced skills in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word), and order management systems
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize high-impact tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus)
