Summary
The Company is seeking an Administrator, Leasing to support the in-house leasing team. This role is responsible for assisting with leasing activity data analytics, reputation management, lease applications and drafting, fielding inquiries from leasing prospects, applicants or residents, and software system management.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist Leasing Manager with data analytics surrounding leasing activity
- Field phone and email inquiries on listings, allocate leads according to company policies
- Provide excellent customer service across review platforms to assist with reputation management
- Help maintain up-to-date and accurate information in leasing systems
- Application processing and administration
- Draft and coordinate all necessary documentation for securing a lease agreement, complete post-leasing administration steps
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams throughout the leasing and resident onboarding process
- Coordinate with property management and residents on lease renewal management
- Coordinate with property management and onsite team on parking and storage management
- Other projects as requested by Department Head or Leasing Manager
- Assist with and maintain communication interdepartmentally surrounding leasing tasks
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Must be available to work multiple weekends a month

- Excellent written and communication skills
- Capability to multi-task in a “high-volume”, fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Yardi system of products preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize teamwork
- Effective time management skills
- Self-motivated and independent
- Desire to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate investment industry
