Position Title:  INTUNE M365 ADMIN & SHAREPOINT O365 APPLICATION DEVELOPER

Position Summary: You’ll play a critical role in enhancing our digital workplace by improving collaboration, content management, and communication tools across the organization. Assisting employees with all facets of the corporate computing environment with a focus on Intune and M365. Interfaces with other IT Staff and makes decisions on operating procedures and configuration options. Is responsible for maintaining related documentation and procedures as well as compliance with applicable standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including influence, cooperation, tact, and diplomacy combined with technical skills are essential to providing a high level of support to the employee community. In addition. this position requires strong SharePoint administration expertise coupled with strong configuration background.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Intune M365 Administrator

  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement Intune solutions for endpoint management, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment. 
  • Configuration/Integration: Experience in creating and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts to support administration and automation of M365 Technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, M365 groups, Azure AD, and licensing. 
  • Policy Management: Develop, implement, and enforce security and compliance policies within Intune, including conditional access policies and compliance policies. 
  • Device Management: Manage device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle using Intune, including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. 
  • Application Management: Administer application deployment and management using Intune, ensuring seamless integration and addressing application-related issues. 
  • Security and Compliance: Work with security team to enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards, including security baselines and vulnerability assessments. 
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and endpoint management, providing support to end-users and IT teams. 
  • Integration and Automation: Integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services and systems and automate tasks using scripts or automation tools. 
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation for Intune configurations and procedures and stay up to date with the latest Intune features and best practices. 
  • User Support: Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Intune and M365 related issues within the user community. 
  • User Training: Provide occasional training documentation for users when appropriate for enhanced user experience. 
  • Assist with other related duties as required or needed

SharePoint Administration  

  • Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online (M365) and on-premises environments. 
  • Manage site collections, libraries, lists, and workflows in SharePoint. 
  • Develop and implement governance policies, user permissions, and security settings. 
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for end users and stakeholders. 
  • Monitor performance, usage, and security, ensuring high availability and compliance. 
  • Collaborate with business units to design and deploy SharePoint solutions that improve document management and team collaboration. 
  • Manage content migration, upgrades, and system patches as necessary. 
  • Integrate SharePoint sites with other business applications and services. 
  • Design, develop, and maintain internal websites, portals, and intranet sites. 
  • Create responsive and visually appealing web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. 
  • Integrate SharePoint sites with other business applications and services. 
  • Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and custom web parts or apps within SharePoint and other web platforms. 

Other Requirements

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • 4 years of experience with Intune and M365 (and/or previous gen products) design and administration. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, issues and tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting technical problems with an understanding of business needs. 
  • Aptitude for quickly solving complex system issues without compromising attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
  • Microsoft Certification a plus. 
  • History of building good rapport with internal clients and stakeholders. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. 
  • 3+ years of SharePoint administration experience (SharePoint Online and/or on-premises). 
  • Proven experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus. 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and integrating apps with SharePoint. 
  • Familiarity with Web Content Management Systems (CMS) and website best practices. 
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with non-technical users. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development. 
  • Basic knowledge of back-end languages (C#, ASP.NET) and REST APIs. 
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft security/compliance tools. 
  • Exposure to graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
