Campbell Supply Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Benefits & Leave Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team. If you’re passionate about supporting employees, ensuring compliance, and streamlining HR processes, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.


What You’ll Do:

  • Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability.

  • Manage open enrollment, new hire benefits onboarding, and life event changes.

  • Coordinate and track employee leaves (FMLA, NJFLA, disability, workers’ comp, and personal).

  • Ensure ACA compliance, including support for year-end 1095-C filings.

  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and insurance billing.

  • Handle employee inquiries related to benefits and leaves with professionalism and empathy.

  • Assist with onboarding tasks including benefit enrollment and orientation.

  • Maintain and update employee records in ADP, our HRIS platform.

  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience focused on benefits and leave management.

  • Strong understanding of FMLA, ACA, and NJ/NY-specific leave laws.

  • Hands-on experience using ADP for HR data management and benefits administration.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).


Bonus Points For:

  • Experience managing disability claims and coordinating with insurance providers.

  • Familiarity with HR compliance audits and documentation practices.

  • A collaborative attitude and commitment to continuous process improvement.


Work Environment:

This role is based in an office environment, requiring extended periods of computer use. Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 lbs may be needed.
