Campbell Supply Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Benefits & Leave Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team. If you’re passionate about supporting employees, ensuring compliance, and streamlining HR processes, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do:
Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability.
Manage open enrollment, new hire benefits onboarding, and life event changes.
Coordinate and track employee leaves (FMLA, NJFLA, disability, workers’ comp, and personal).
Ensure ACA compliance, including support for year-end 1095-C filings.
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and insurance billing.
Handle employee inquiries related to benefits and leaves with professionalism and empathy.
Assist with onboarding tasks including benefit enrollment and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records in ADP, our HRIS platform.
Support HR audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of HR experience focused on benefits and leave management.
Strong understanding of FMLA, ACA, and NJ/NY-specific leave laws.
Hands-on experience using ADP for HR data management and benefits administration.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Bonus Points For:
Experience managing disability claims and coordinating with insurance providers.
Familiarity with HR compliance audits and documentation practices.
A collaborative attitude and commitment to continuous process improvement.
Work Environment:
This role is based in an office environment, requiring extended periods of computer use. Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 lbs may be needed.
