Ignition CX is looking for a results-driven sales leader to own new logo acquisition in the customer experience and BPO space. This is a high-impact hunter role for someone who thrives on prospecting, engaging executives, and closing enterprise-level deals.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect Relentlessly – Build a qualified pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic research.
  • Engage Decision Makers – Connect with senior executives in target accounts to uncover CX challenges.
  • Sell Strategically – Present tailored CX/BPO solutions that deliver measurable ROI and solve complex problems.
  • Leverage Insights – Use market intelligence to prioritize targets and refine sales approaches.
  • Track & Report – Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver reliable sales forecasts.

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in CX/BPO, SaaS, or complex solution sales.
  • Proven record of exceeding new business quotas.
  • Highly Skilled in outbound prospecting, social selling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate client needs into compelling proposals.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and energized by building something new.
